Not all Supplements are Created Equal

Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it works… and vice versa.

If I had a dollar (or euro) for every client who came in with a drawer full of half-used, random supplements… I could retire to a kombucha vineyard.

So let’s bust the myths and make supplement shopping actuallyhelpful.

What Makes a Supplement “Good”?

Bioavailability – Can your body use the nutrient? (Methylated B vitamins, chelated minerals, etc.)
Purity – No fillers, binders, dyes, or mystery ingredients
Evidence-Based – Backed by science, not just influencer hype
Right dose for you – Not just “take 1 a day” without a plan

Common Pitfalls:

Taking iron with calcium
Using synthetic folic acid instead of methylfolate
Magnesium oxide (spoiler: it mostly just helps you poop)
Random blends that do nothing at all
