So I spent some time this week to reflect on what I thought were REALLY important messages to share...
5 THINGS THAT ALL WOMEN NEED TO KNOW
1️⃣ Symptoms are signs from the body that something isn't right - be sure to listen and act on these whispers before they become a scream!
2️⃣ You know your body best, so don't let anybody tell you that everything is fine, if you don't feel fine. It is okay to get a second or third opinion.
3️⃣ A diagnosis is not a root cause. Dig deeper and find your root cause and don't just settle for a 'label'.
4️⃣ Good health is attributed to what you put in but also what you put on and surround your body with. All aspects of our health, particularly hormone health, is impacted by this. Consider environmental toxin exposure and the products you use for cleaning, skincare, makeup, hair etc
5️⃣ Education is empowerment. Keep reading, continue learning and find female role models to follow that inspire you.
